Mathew (Mat) Lee, CPA, is a seasoned corporate finance executive with over 15 years of experience across capital markets, public company reporting, and governance.  As Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and a Director of Crown Aviation Holdings Inc., Mat is responsible for the Company’s financial strategy, reporting, and regulatory compliance.  Having particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions accounting, securities compliance, and corporate governance, Mat is uniquely positioned to support the Company’s disciplined growth-by-acquisition strategy.

Mat has extensive experience advising and managing finance functions for publicly traded companies across a range of industries, including, but not limited to, technology, mining, and ESG. Mat has held senior roles at Raymond James Ltd., AP Capital Management, and Smythe LLP, where he developed profound understandings in audit, corporate finance, and operational management. Through his leadership at Manning Lee Management Ltd., Mat has provided outsourced CFO services to growth-stage issuers for many years, building robust financial reporting frameworks and ensuring compliance with complex regulatory requirements.
