Matt Fish is a seasoned securities lawyer with a deep specialization in advising growth stage issuers. With over a decade of experience in capital markets and public company compliance, Matt is widely respected for his practical legal insight and strategic guidance.

After launching his legal career at top-tier Toronto law firms, Matt founded his own boutique law firm dedicated to advising public companies on corporate governance, securities regulation, stock exchange listings, and risk management strategies.
In addition to his legal practice, Matt serves as an officer and director of multiple private and publicly traded companies, where he brings a strong command of both legal frameworks and business execution. Based in Toronto, Matt was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012 and continues to be a trusted advisor in the capital markets arena.
