Trevor Davidson

Trevor Davidson is a seasoned M&A executive and corporate strategist with more than 20 years of management experience leading both public and private companies.  As Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Crown Aviation Holdings Inc., Trevor is responsible for the Company’s overall strategic direction, acquisition strategy, and financial and operating performance.  Trevor has a demonstrated track record of building and scaling platform businesses through disciplined consolidation strategies, with deep expertise across mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate finance, and governance.

At Crown Aviation, Trevor leads the Company’s growth-by-acquisition strategy to consolidate the deeply fragmented aviation and aviation services sectors.  Under his leadership, the Company has assembled an experienced board and is executing on its fulsome acquisition pipeline.  Trevor is recognized for his ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, source and execute transactions, and integrate acquired businesses to drive long-term value creation.

Prior to co-founding Crown Aviation, Trevor founded and led a global PropTech platform from inception through international expansion and a successful public listing in 2021, overseeing strategy, capital markets, and operations over a ten-year period.  Trevor also successfully consolidated the fragmented daycare industry, executing an integrated roll-up of early learning and childcare centers across the country that was ultimately acquired by the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, a major private equity firm, in the fall of 2017.

Based in the Toronto area, Trevor holds a marketing degree from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University and is an active mentor, having worked extensively with the University of British Columbia to educate 4th year management, finance, and accounting students on the vital role of M&A in today’s global business environment.
